Working Out: Personal Relationships After Drunkenly Saying Some Pretty Hateful Things Edition
"This above all," Shakespeare's Polonius famously advised, "to thine ownself be true." For about a week, I've been running at the gym every day, and though I'd like to romanticize my character and claim to have cultivated a healthy habit, I know my body is more likely developing an addiction to whatever chemicals are released during exercise. Maybe it's like the chicken and the egg... or maybe, I'm just a boozer, a user, and a loser.
